A division of Intercoiffure called “Education for life” makes it their priority to empower underprivileged and less advantaged children, globally, by teaching them the life skill of hairdressing in order to sustain themselves in the case of parental absence.

“Education for life “has collaborated with an already established school in Cape Town called CHRISTEL HOUSE S.A.

This school takes destitute children, whose parents are jailed, or not even alive off the streets and provide safety, shelter, food and education. As an extra mural activity , the hairdressing academy was established , with a full time teacher who is assisted on a regular basis by hairdressing members of Intercoiffure in South Africa that take time out their salons to come and teach these children precious and very necessary skills. This academy is managed duly by the school and Mr. Rolf Losken and Ms Ezra Isaacs. The academy’s resources are completely dependent on support from the hairdressing industry and sponsors and donors.

Foil Styling has decreed to assist and support this cause through our time, resources and where possible with finance.
